OUR ROLE
Our role varies per assignment, but usually includes:

Agreeing the roles and responsibilities of key staff.

Working with IT and HR to build a method of delivering the minimum requirements defined by the business.

Exploring and evaluating solutions, if the business has additional needs.

Building the business continuity plan, by business area, so that each business area takes ownership of their role.

Agreeing the method and frequency of review.

Agreeing the test strategy and the associated key performance indicators, so that tests can be deemed successful or need to adapt and change.
