Business Meeting

Our role varies per assignment, but usually includes:

  • Review of infrastructure in terms of clients planned growth.

  • Review of key systems in terms of longevity and new requirements.

  • Review and mapping against the business plan and expectations from key stakeholders and The Board.

  • Review of demand, including current processes, resources and in-house development versus use of third-parties.

DELIVERABLES

Checking Text on a Document

A report is presented, which includes:

  • An executive summary.

  • The current state of the IT landscape which includes existing hardware, operating systems, databases, development tools, applications, staff, skill-sets, organisation and management.

  • A mapping of the current state versus the business plan and current expectations of senior management.

  • A review of how the current state can meet new technologies and business systems.

  • A high-level plan of how to get from the current state to the preferred situation.
